DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Hazardous Materials Refresher training in the morning\, lunch\, then we will move into a presentation by the MN State Patrol on common violations they see during roadside inspections. After they present\, we will be breaking into two groups and moving outside with the Officers as they preform inspections on two trucks. This will be a great time to gain valuable knowledge of how and why the inspections are conducted. There will be time to ask your questions you have been curious about to the Officers.\n\n\n\nDOT regulations (49 CFR 172.704(a)) require that all individuals/drivers of hazardous material vehicles be trained specifically for such service. Refresher training is required every 3 years. This class is the refresher training for hazardous materials.\n\n \n\nThis class will cover a refresher on these items:\n\n	General Awareness / Familiarization\n	Function-Specific \n	Safety\n	Security Awareness
